Eighty9 Limited is hiring a Senior NDIS Employment Coach in Perth to lead the delivery of NDIS-funded employment supports while mentoring a team of Employment Coaches. You will combine direct participant support with capability building to promote best-practice service delivery.
Reporting to the NDIS Area Manager, you will guide teams, develop individual plans, and foster solid stakeholder relationships to help participants overcome barriers to employment and achieve sustainable outcomes.
