Canva is seeking an Engineering Manager for the AI Platform Group in Sydney. You will lead a senior team of 9+ engineers, owning the evaluation platform across testing, Arena comparisons, monitoring, and labeling tooling.

You will partner with AI feature teams, CORE leadership and adjacent platform teams to deliver a cohesive ML lifecycle. You’ll drive strategy, governance, and delivery with autonomy, mentoring engineers and aligning with Canva’s platform vision.
