- Manage financial processes including invoice review, reconciliations, budgeting and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate rent and outgoings income, resolving discrepancies with Finance and Lease Administration
- Oversee arrears management, disputed payments and recovery actions in line with agreed policy
- Monitor lease compliance and landlord obligations, escalating risks and managing disputes
- Coordinate property operations across internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of properties and subleases, including system updates
- Oversee security deposits, bank guarantees and insurance compliance
- Respond to complaints, disputes and statutory enquiries, coordinating timely resolution
Requirements
- Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
- Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate will be an added advantage
- At least 1 year of experience in commercial or retail property managementStrong financial acumen across outgoings, budgeting, reconciliations and arrears management
- Ability to interpret lease terms and manage compliance obligations
- Proven stakeholder management across tenants, landlords and internal teams
- Solid problem-solving and dispute resolution capability
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and governance
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
