Key Responsibilities& Experience





We are looking for a casual Demi Chef to join the team working across the restaurant and events.

- 2+ years’ worth of experience working in a restaurant, bistro or hotel.
- Experience on multiple sections including larder, fryer and grill.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH&S; practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow kitchen procedures.
- Passion for food preparation and willingness to learn across all kitchen areas.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a skilled attitude.

- Comply with hotel policies, WH&S; guidelines, and maintain strong product knowledge.
