We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our Highpoint restaurant!

In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Restaurant Manager to run one of our busiest locations.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be involved in everything from team development and training to managing day-to-day operations. You’ll learn the ins and outs of running a successful restaurant and get the support and guidance you need to grow your career. Whether it's rostering, budgeting, marketing, or keeping things running smoothly, you'll be at the heart of it all.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Leading the Team: Help motivate and inspire the team to deliver excellent customer service while fostering a positive, fun atmosphere.
- Supporting Operations: Assist with day-to-day restaurant operations, including rostering, ordering supplies, and ensuring the restaurant meets food safety and health standards.
- Customer Service: Make sure every customer has a memorable dining experience, focusing on delivering excellent service and managing guest relations.
- Training & Development: Train new team members and encourage the growth of existing staff, supporting their development and performance.
- Managing Budgets: Assist with financial management, including stock control, budgeting, and sales tracking.
- Marketing & Promotions: Contribute to local marketing and promotions, helping drive sales and attract new customers.
- Compliance: Ensure all safety, health, and food hygiene standards are maintained to the highest level.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous Experience: Experience in hospitality, with previous assistant management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Passion for People:



A natural people person who enjoys developing and mentoring a team.
- Customer-Focused: You put the customer at the heart of everything you do and love creating great experiences for them.
- Hands-On Leadership: Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever necessary, from helping with service to ensuring operations run smoothly.
- Organized & Efficient: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- A Growth Mindset: A desire to develop your management skills and progress within a growing company.

Flexibility during training

To give you the best possible start, some of your training may take place at another Pancake Parlour location, working alongside experienced leaders across our restaurants. You’ll need to be flexible and able to travel to different locations during your training period.
