I’m recruiting for a huge family-owned business that has been operating for nearly 30 years. They’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and switched-on person to become the heartbeat of their office.
This is much more than a reception role. You’ll keep the office moving, jump in wherever needed, and make life easier for everyone around you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Answering phones and being the friendly face of the office
- Meeting and greeting clients, visitors, field staff and senior management
- Ordering groceries, PPE, stationery and office supplies
- Managing insurances, internal documents and general office admin
- Data entry and backing up the Workflow Coordinator
- Supporting the EA,
Training Coordinator and senior management
- Learning workflow, tendering and other areas of the business as you grow
