About the Role

We're seeking a strategic and influential leader who thrives on driving continuous improvement and delivering meaningful outcomes. You have a track record of leading high-performing teams, improving business processes and fostering a positive, customer-focused culture.

With solid leadership, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, you'll champion innovation, build workforce capability and deliver sustainable improvements that enhance service delivery for both our organisation and community.

Lead branch-wide business improvement initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency and service excellence.

Provide strategic advice and support to leadership, influencing business performance and operational outcomes.

Lead and develop a high-performing administration team, fostering a culture of collaboration and customer service.

Champion workforce planning, capability development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive process optimisation, governance and business transformation across the branch.

Build strong stakeholder relationships to support informed decision-making and organisational success.

Deliver meaningful change that enhances service delivery and creates lasting value for the community.

About you





We're looking for a proactive and influential leader who thrives on driving improvement, building capability and delivering results. You'll bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to turn ideas into practical solutions that make a real impact.

Qualifications in Business Management, Organisational Development or a related field, and/or significant relevant experience.

Experience in business improvement, organisational development or business support.

Proven ability to lead projects and drive change across diverse stakeholder groups.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.

Current C Class Driver Licence.
