Join as a Senior Peer Specialist and use your lived experience to support recovery and wellbeing in a mental health setting. Build peer programs, guide teams and help shape services that empower consumers and strengthen community connection.
- Lead and facilitate peer support groups and programs
- Share lived experience to support recovery and wellbeing
- Mentor peer staff and support workforce development
- Contribute to care plans and service improvement
- Build partnerships with teams, consumers and community
About You
You’re a lived experience leader passionate about recovery and peer support. You bring insight, empathy and the ability to connect with consumers, carers and teams to support meaningful outcomes.
- Cert IV in Peer Work, Intentional Peer Support or willingness to obtain
- Lived experience of mental health and recovery
- Experience in peer work and group support settings
- Apply recovery, trauma informed and strengths based care
- Communicate well and work collaboratively with teams
