Arts Northern Rivers is seeking a Treatment Plant Operator to join our Treatment and Trades team in Lismore. You will operate and maintain water and wastewater infrastructure, ensuring protected and compliant delivery of essential services.

The role covers laboratory and field testing, regulatory reporting, water quality sampling, sewer and water treatment plant operations, and chemical handling, with on-call roster availability and a supportive EAP program.
