Lutheran Homes Group (LHG) in Victoria is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team in Horsham for part-time and casual shifts. You will provide person-centred nursing care and work closely with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team.

You will administer medications, follow care plans, monitor health, and support daily living activities while promoting independence. AHPRA registration and robust communication, empathy, and patience are essential.
