They are now seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to take ownership of the firm's financial and trust accounting functions, reporting directly to the senior management team and partners.

About The Role!
Reporting to the senior management team and partners, you'll take full ownership of the firm's accounting operations end to end.
- Managing trust and general accounts in line with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
- Overseeing billing, receipting and debtor control processes
- Monitoring financial performance and preparing monthly management reports
- Supervising and mentoring the accounts and administrative team
- Ensuring the firm meets legal accounting standards and audit requirements
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Liaising directly with external accountants and auditors
- Driving continuous improvement of accounting systems, processes and team efficiency
What You'll Bring!
- Proven experience in a senior accounts or finance role within a law firm
- Strong knowledge of trust accounting and legal compliance requirements
- Experience with legal practice management systems such as LawMaster or similar
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Solid leadership capability
- A high level of integrity and professionalism
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
