Territory Manager, Cardiology, Queensland

As a Territory Manager for ParagonCare's Cardiology division, you will manage and grow relationships with key customers in QLD, identify new business opportunities within the Hospital market, and drive business growth. You will regularly meet with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions, while contributing to the expansion of our customer base and supporting healthcare professionals and facilities.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring high-quality service and support
- Seek out new business opportunities within the Hospital market to drive growth
- Regularly meet with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed sales and margin targets for your assigned territory
- Regularly report progress and update your Territory Plan to ensure success
- Engage in marketing campaigns, industry events and national account activities
- Keep up to date with market trends and customer needs, sharing insights with the team

About you

- Proven commercial success within the cath lab environment and a strong track record of achieving targets,



essentially within the Interventional Cardiology field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Commercial experience in healthcare sector across key stakeholders (e.g. Interventionists, NUM's, Procurement etc.)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, Excel and other computer skills
- Proactive attitude with robust problem-solving abilities
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
