Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate for our high-performing Domaine Homes team in South West Sydney (Campbelltown, Oran Park, Cobbitty) NSW.

As a Sales Associate, youll be the first point of contact for prospective home buyers, guiding them through the display centre experience and providing exceptional customer service. Youll work alongside a dynamic team, supporting the sales process and helping clients find their dream home.

What youll do:

- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, informative experience at the display home
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promotion of Domaine Homes’ residential products
- Maintain the presentation and professionalism of the display centre and sales office
- Register leads, distribute marketing materials, and build strong relationships with prospective home buyers

About you

To be successful, you will be:

- A natural communicator with a personable, friendly approach
- Available to work 5 days a week, including weekends
- An excellent communication skills and a positive, can do attitude
- Highly energetic, self motivated, and eager to learn




- A highly organised person with attention to detail
- Able to work collaboratively in a high performing team and independently
- A goal oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
