Harvest Road Group in Australia is seeking a Cold Stores Trainer and Assessor to lead on-the-job training for process workers across our facilities in Adelaide, SA. You will coordinate training activities and monitor progress to ensure workers meet safety, quality and compliance with company procedures from paddock to plate.
You will work closely with the Safety Officer and Head Trainer to align training with policies, updates to work instructions, and VOC sign-offs for equipment and processes.
