About the Role
You'll join a supportive team specialising in steel security doors and frames, working alongside experienced tradespeople across powder coating, fabrication, and assembly. It's hands-on, varied work where quality and teamwork matter - a excellent opportunity to build your skills while securing long-term employment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with powder coating, fabrication, and assembly
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Helping meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
- Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and safe
- Following WHS policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or as a trades assistant
- Confidence with hand tools and basic machinery
- A sharp eye for detail and pride in quality work
- A reliable, team-first attitude
- Availability for early 6:00 AM starts, Monday to Friday
