About the Team

What does the job look like?

Your prime objective is to monitor the fleet of ATMs under our service agreements. You are the point of call from clients that require our assistance when something goes wrong. Key areas:

- Problem solving over the phone to understand clients’ requirements
- Ensure the system is up to date with all requests
- Correct escalation of issues to relevant person through procedural checks
- Diagnose ATM issues
- Update clients with the status of their jobs
- Liaise with field staff to coordinate service calls

We are searching for a talented and highly motivated Monitoring Officer to join our busy Monitoring team based in Frenchs Forest. This position will require you to work on a rotating roster.

- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

- High computer knowledge with a technical mindset
- An excellent attitude with a desire to learn and develop
