Jacaranda Finance is seeking a Customer Concierge Team Leader to build and lead our Brisbane-based centralised tier-one customer service function. You will coach front-line specialists, manage escalations and drive outcomes, while coordinating with offshore Fiji teams and cross-functional partners.
You’ll shape a high-performance, customer-first culture, own onboarding and development, and ensure productive workflow, service levels and performance insights across the team.
