The Leader We're Looking For
You may currently be a General Manager, COO, Executive Manager, Business Unit Director, State/Regional Manager or senior leader within health, disability, aged care, community services or another complex regulated organisation.
Ideally, you will bring:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management, disability/community services or a related discipline
Extensive senior leadership experience, ideally across multi-site or geographically dispersed operations
Strong commercial, financial and budget management capability
Experience translating strategic plans into measurable organisational outcomes
Strong understanding of the NDIS environment, Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguards requirements
Experience across quality, risk, compliance, governance and WHS
Proven ability to mentor and develop senior leaders
Organisational design and workforce planning capability
Solid stakeholder, partnership and influencing skills
Confidence with technology, data, performance reporting and innovation
A genuine commitment to ethical, person-centred and rights-based services
Most importantly, you will bring curiosity, energy, integrity and ambition.
Base Salary + Performance Incentive
The role offers a competitive executive base salary plus a performance-based incentive, linked to agreed KPIs and the successful delivery of HandinHand's strategic priorities.
Why HandinHand?
We have intentionally built a culture that is supportive, collaborative, personable and highly values-driven.
Quality assurance is immensely important to us.
Our vision extends beyond service delivery. We want to increase our contribution across professional education, sector development, partnerships, practitioner capability, technology, innovation and thought leadership.
You will have genuine influence, direct access to the Managing Director and the autonomy to bring forward ideas, challenge conventional thinking and help shape what HandinHand becomes next.
We offer flexible and hybrid working, including remote work where appropriate, because we are interested in outcomes, leadership and contribution not simply where someone sits.
Build Something Exceptional
If you are a commercially astute, forward thinking and values led leader who wants the opportunity to help build something genuinely exceptional, we would love to hear from you.
