Australia's leading indoor family entertainment company, Game Over Entertainment Group, is seeking experienced Track Supervisor or Senior Reception people to join our Gold Coast venue at Helensvale.

Game Over has been successfully operating for over 12 years and is firmly established as one of QLD's premier indoor entertainment destinations. The wider Game Over Group operates venues in Brisbane and across New Zealand (Auckland, Christchurch and Queenstown), with new locations currently under development in North Lakes and East Auckland. It's an exciting time to step into a senior role within a growing entertainment brand.

Our Gold Coast venue is a 4,000 sqm indoor family entertainment centre featuring:

Rock Climbing

Laser Tag arena

Food & beverage offering

About the Role

This position is suited to someone looking to take the next step beyond general casual work. The role will be appointed as Track Supervisor or Senior Reception Team Member, depending on experience, and can be casual, part-time or full-time. We're open to discussing flexibility for the right candidate.

You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, front-of-house leadership, and supporting the management team, and a key role in the operation of the karting track while still being hands-on with guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities May Include:





Leading reception and front-of-house operations

Acting as a senior point of contact for guests and staff

Supporting daily opening, closing and shift coordination

Supervising and assisting team members across attractions

Running attractions including karting safety briefings, races and laser tag missions

Assisting with parties, events, catering and group bookings

Maintaining service standards and a positive team culture

About You

This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in hospitality, entertainment, customer service or venue operations who is ready to step into a more responsible, leadership-focused position.

You will ideally bring:

Previous relevant experience in hospitality, entertainment or customer-facing leadership roles

Robust communication and people-management skills

A professional, confident and guest-focused approach

The ability to lead by example and support a team

Excellent personal presentation and reliability

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and varied shifts

Experience with attractions such as go-karts, laser tag, arcades, parties or events will be highly regarded, but is not essential for the right person.
