IRT Kangara Waters in Canberra, ACT, is seeking a part-time Workforce Planner (24 hours per week) to forecast staffing needs and analyze workforce data on-site. You will collaborate with departments to improve operational efficiency and support organizational goals, with shifts Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 to 19:30.

The successful candidate will have rostering experience, HR qualifications, and robust MS Office/HRIS skills. Payroll or TAE qualifications are desirable.
