NQM Gold 2 Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Underground Shift Supervisor to lead underground mining operations at Pajingo. Reporting to the Mine Manager, you will drive safety, production targets, and workforce leadership on a daily basis.

This role focuses on overseeing underground activities, mentoring crews, and contributing to continuous improvement in a dynamic underground operation. A hands-on leader with robust safety culture is essential.
