Optiver is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to head the APAC Data Engineering Platform team in Sydney. You will define the roadmap, own architectural decisions, and deliver scalable data solutions for research and real‑time trading.

You will balance hands‑on coding with people leadership, guiding engineers across requirements, architecture and production code while aligning with global teams and stakeholders.
