Job Description

- Lead the APAC Investment Council and drive strategic investment decisions, prioritization of development opportunities, and portfolio growth initiatives
n
- Lead technical and commercial due diligence and front-end planning for current data center development projects
n
- Drive opportunities from site identification through land acquisition and execution readiness
n
- Oversee site assessments, feasibility studies, conceptual design, power, water and fibre strategies, entitlement, and permitting activities
n
- Develop business cases and prepare and present investment recommendations to executive leadership and decision-making forums
n
- Provide executive oversight and portfolio governance across the APAC development pipeline
n
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across development, investment, operations, legal, finance, commercial, procurement, design, engineering, and construction
n
- Manage external relationships with consultants, landowners, contractors, utilities, government authorities, regulatory agencies, and industry stakeholders
n
- Establish project scope, schedules, budgets, governance frameworks, consultant engagement strategies, and business case approvals
n
- Oversee portfolio reporting covering pipeline health, site conversion, risks, costs, schedules, market dynamics, and capital deployment
n
- Identify and mitigate development, permitting, commercial, infrastructure, and execution risks
n
- Lead contract governance, performance reporting,



and financial management activities
n
- Champion continuous improvement using lessons learned, market intelligence, industry trends, and best practices
n

Requirements

n

n
- Proven experience managing complex development, infrastructure, construction, or real estate projects, ideally in a client-side environment
n
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, work independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
n
- Experience across APAC markets, particularly Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and Australia, is highly desirable
n
- Strong understanding of site acquisition, due diligence, planning, permitting, and utility infrastructure, including power and fibre
n
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
n
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders and external partners
n
- Degree in Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred
n
- Flexibility to travel regularly across APAC
n
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working across multiple time zones, cultures, and remote environments
n
