What You’ll Be Responsible For
Managing a dynamic CEO calendar
Prioritising correspondence, emails, and critical communications
Coordinating travel arrangements
Preparing briefing papers, reports, presentations, and meeting packs
Supporting the CEO's day-to-day priorities and special projects
Building strong relationships with Board members and external stakeholders
Providing confidential and professional executive support
Coordinating Leadership Team meetings, workshops, and planning sessions
Preparing agendas, minutes, papers, and action registers
Tracking key deliverables and governance actions
To be Successful in the role you will have:
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements and schedules.
Solid written communication skills with demonstrated experience drafting professional correspondence and reports.
High attention to detail and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Experience coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Confidence working with senior executives, Board members, and external stakeholders.
Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools will be highly regarded.
