About the role:
This role presents an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, multidisciplinary workplace. We are seeking a motivated Grade 2 Occupational Therapist to join our Specialised Rehabilitation team, where you will play a key role in delivering best-practice, person-centred, occupation-based care to our clients. Care is delivered across centre-based, home, and community settings through individual and group sessions, both face-to-face and via telehealth.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred, occupation-focused assessment and intervention
- Providing goal-oriented physical rehabilitation to clients with a range of conditions, including neurological, musculoskeletal, chronic pain and aged related conditions.
- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, continuous improvement, and evidence-based practice
- Communicate effectively with clients, carers, and the broader multidisciplinary team
- Participate in the supervision, teaching, and professional development of staff and students
- Contribute to the planning, development, and evaluation of service delivery
About you:
- Hold current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Hold a valid Victorian driver's licence
- Relevant experience in rehabilitation and demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, evidence-based OT intervention
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly across settings, campuses, and teams
