We're growing our integratedliving team in Atherton/Mareebaand looking for caring, dependable people who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.

As a Support Worker, you'll support clients in their own homes and local communities, helping them stay independent, connected and in control of their everyday lives.

n

If you're someone who enjoys making a difference, building meaningful relationships and no two days being quite the same, we'd love to hear from you!

What could your day look like?

n

You'll provide practical and personalised support based on each client's needs, goals and preferences. This may include:

n

n
- Supporting clients with personal care, medication and daily routines
n
- Assisting with shopping, appointments and household tasks
n
- Helping clients stay active and connected within their community
n
- Providing companionship and building trusted relationships
n
- Supporting clients to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life
n

n

What will you bring?

Most importantly, you'll bring a caring attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to support others.

n





You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care, or willingness to work towards it
n
- Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle
n
- Availability- Monday to Friday 7 am to 5 pm
n
- First Aid and CPR
n
- Working with Children Check
n
- Police Check/NDIS clearance, or willingness to obtain
n
