Your Responsibilities
Working closely with the project's senior commercial and delivery team, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with tendering, procurement and subcontractor negotiations
- Letting and administering subcontract agreements
- Managing progress claims,
variations and payment schedules
- Maintaining cost reports, forecasts and project documentation
- Supporting the management of contractual correspondence
- Monitoring procurement schedules and commercial risks
- Working collaboratively with the site team, consultants and subcontractors
- Assisting with project close‑out, defects and final accounts
Your Experience
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:
- Approximately three to five years of Contracts Administration experience
- Experience working for a commercial builder or developer‑builder
- Exposure to apartment, multi‑residential or other large‑scale building projects
- The ability to independently manage subcontractor packages
- A relevant qualification in construction management, quantity surveying or a related discipline
- Strong communication, organisation and commercial skills
- A practical and cooperative approach to working within a project team
Previous experience on apartment developments will be highly regarded. However, capable Contracts Administrators from other complex commercial building environments are also encouraged to apply.
Your Career
This is an opportunity to join an excellent project team with genuine continuity of work across the Gold Coast.
You will gain experience on a major $100m+ apartment development while being supported by experienced construction professionals who can help advance your commercial capability. With two further Broadbeach projects scheduled to commence in 2027, the business can offer a explicit pathway beyond the current project without requiring relocation away from the Gold Coast.
