Mary Mae’s Bar & Kitchen at Brisbane Powerhouse, Brisbane, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Venue team to oversee day-to-day operations across restaurant service, functions and events.
You’ll lead the kitchen during busy services, train junior staff, maintain high standards of food quality and work with FOH to ensure smooth service. This full-time role offers a dynamic, high-energy setting.
