Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a hands-on Facilities and Maintenance teammate for Accolade on Gray St in Adelaide. You’ll keep the building running, tackle repairs across apartments and shared spaces, and help prepare rooms for current residents with quick fixes and final checks.
No long experience is required, but a trade background is a bonus. You’ll manage lighting and safety systems, log checks, and coordinate with contractors, with on-call duties after hours to support residents.
