SENPOS is seeking a motivated Support Technician to join our Newcastle office in Broadmeadow. You will be the first contact for clients, solving problems across hardware and software, with remote guidance and hands-on software adjustments.
This office-based role starts with day shifts and occasional after-hours shifts as part of the roster. You’ll handle tickets, provide explicit communications, and contribute to ongoing improvements while growing your skills in an expanding POS technology company
