Key Responsibilities

- Leadandcoordinatethefront-of-houseteamthroughoutservice
- Allocatestafftostationsaccordingtooperationalrequirements
- Takeresponsibilityforsmoothshiftoperations,includingopening,closingandhandovers
- Monitorserviceflowandrespondquicklytooperationalissues
- Deliverprofessionalcustomerservicethroughouteachshift
- Handlecustomerenquiriesandresolvecomplaintsappropriately
- ManagePOSoperations,ordersandcashhandling
- Coordinatewiththekitchenteamtomaintainefficientservice
- MonitorFOHpresentation,cleanlinessandfoodsafetystandards
- Maintainconsistentserviceandworkplacestandards
- Supporttheonboardingandtrainingofteammembers
- Providehands-onassistanceduringpeakserviceperiods
- Leadbyexampleandmaintainaprofessionalteamenvironment

Requirements & Eligibility

- Demonstratedexperienceinahospitalitysupervisoryorleadershipposition
- ExperienceinQSRorhigh-volumehospitalityenvironmentsishighlyregarded

- Demonstratedcustomerservicecapability
