Resourceful Recruitment is assisting a global heavy industry business undergoing growth to recruit a Senior HRBP. You will be the right hand to the Regional HR Manager APAC, owning workforce planning, org design and succession strategy for the region, with hands-on coaching of leaders across office, workshop and field.
Based at Eagle Farm with some flexibility, you will lead EA/IR matters, influence senior stakeholders and help shape the regional people plan as the business scales.
