Exciting opportunity with a dynamic and growing team working on first class health projects.

Known as one of the leading firms in the delivery of projects, our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their forward thinking, professional and dynamic project management consultancy in their Sydney office.

Project experience in the government sector related specifically to new build health would be beneficial however their work varies across other sectors as well. Projects up to $30m.

Will be working on projects from design, preconstruction and statutory approvals through to procuring contractors and consultants and into delivery.

Candidates can come from client-side consultancy, main contractor or consulting engineering firms. Ideally having experience working on Health Infrastructure projects.

Years of experience: 8 to 15yr+

Responsibilities include but not limited to:





- Client management and consultation
- Project Planning/Feasibility studies
- Design Management
- Liaison with authorities for DA submission
- Risk Management
- Value Engineering Design Management and Value Engineering
- Procurement of construction services
- Cost control and cost reporting and superintendent of construction delivery
- Commissioning and post contract duties for handover
- Oversight and delivery of the project

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar
- Minimum 7 years+ experience within the construction industry
- Sound understanding of overall construction programmes and plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level Interpersonal skills
- Experience working within a team environment
- Ability to build rapport at all levels
- Advanced computer literacy
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
- Previous client side project management experience is ideal
