The Impact You'll Make
Global Fulfilment team is set out on a journey to deliver best-in-class segmentation to our factories and distribution sites, to meet our customer expectations and delivery performance goals.
The Supply Chain Specialist needs to ensure that the global fulfillment processes are maintained and improved continuously based on business needs. They are expert users of tools such as SAP, BI and preferably can create new tools using advanced data management methods and data visualization like Power BI. Additionally, working together with different global functions and our manufacturing plants implementing our global supply chain strategy to meet the needs of our internal and external customers.
The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for end-to-end operational execution with primary responsibility to support the material planners and the overarching inventory management needs of the organisation. It is responsible for designing & deploying processes, tools and projects. Day-to-day activities will also include production planning and supporting certain aspects of the inventory management. The role will be a super user in SAP and support any enhancements or implementation of SAP.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Extracts and analyzes data to align with business needs, continuously improving the team's analytics capabilities.
- Acts as a key player in the supply chain excellence journey, enhancing on-time delivery, inventory processes, and KPI reporting.
- Leads and drives internal projects with a focus on creating efficiencies and optimizing costs.
- Develops process maps and value stream mapping to identify and implement process improvements.
- Performs root-cause analysis to implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions for processes.
- Collaborates with multiple stakeholders, including Procurement, Plant Supply Chain Managers, and Sales, to understand business and operational needs.
- Manages inventory through cycle counting and stocktaking, and handles production planning activities as a superuser of SAP.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, which includes inventory control and production planning across multiple sites/countries within a manufacturing environment.
- Sound understanding of lean manufacturing methodologies (Kanban).
- Experience in planning processes such MRP, S&OP;, capacity planning and production planning.
- Extensive analytical skills and affinity for data manipulation using Advanced Excel, Power BI and SQL.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and network across functions, countries, and hierarchies.
- Independent work style and proactive, positive attitude.
- Curiosity and open-mindedness, challenging the status quo and considering outside-the-box approaches.
- Excellent knowledge of the MS office.
- Experience with SAP, SAP HANA, modules PP, MM.
