Launch Housing is seeking a People Experience Administrator to deliver HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, records management, and HR workflow to ensure compliant, timely processes.
You will also coordinate learning & development activities, maintain the LMS, and assist with training logistics and reporting, while partnering with managers and staff for a positive employee experience.
