- Manageperformance,grievanceanddisciplinarymatters
- Conductandsupportworkplaceinvestigations
- MaintaincompliantHRpoliciesandprocedures
- MonitorworkforceinformationandHRmetrics
- Supportremunerationandworkforcereviews
- Coordinateinjurymanagementandreturn-to-workrequirements

Requirements & Eligibility

- Senior-levelHRmanagementexperience
- Demonstratedabilitytodeliverpracticalpeoplesolutions
- RelevantHR,Business,IndustrialRelationsorrelatedqualificationpreferred
- Experienceinanoperationalindustrysuchasconstruction,miningorengineering
- StrongunderstandingofAustralianworkplacelegislation
- Experiencehandlingcomplexemployeerelationsmatters
- Recruitmentandtalentmanagementexperience
