You will work with the owners to set strategy, plan capital works for current and future seasons, and execute the plan with a capable team on a 5000 ha farm with water rights for 1400 ha of cotton and dryland areas.
You will oversee deep crop management, planting, irrigation, pest and disease control, and harvesting, while managing staff, machinery maintenance, water use, and safety.
