The Role
An chance has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a long standing and well-maintained residential portfolio within a stable and supportive team. This is a hands‑on, end-to-end role where you will manage your own portfolio with a high level of autonomy, while also contributing to the wider success of the property management team. This role would suit someone who enjoys building genuine long‑term relationships, takes pride in quality service and thrives in a role where trust and responsibility go hand in hand.
Duties & Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors
- Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Managing SACAT matters where required
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and agency procedures
- Supporting a positive, collaborative team environment
Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years’ experience in residential property management
- Solid knowledge of SA Residential Tenancies legislation
- Current South Australian Property Management registration
- Confident managing a portfolio independently end-to-end
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Calm, professional and solutions-focused approach
- High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
