La Piazza, the Italian dining venue within Bankstown Sports Club in South West Sydney, is seeking a Chef de Partie (Full time) to lead their section in a busy, high-volume kitchen. You will prepare and present dishes to high standards and collaborate with the wider kitchen team to maintain food safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years’ experience, relevant cookery qualifications, and a solid understanding of HACCP, organisation and teamwork.
