Everi Pty is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to lead a large, high-volume kitchen operation across multiple service areas in Townsville. You will manage a kitchen team of about 50 staff, ensure consistency, quality, and cost controls while collaborating with front-of-house and management.
You will oversee rostering, wage budgets, large functions, and daily operations, stepping in for the Executive Chef when required. Robust leadership and HACCP knowledge are essential.
