As the Pharmacist Manager or PIC if you don't feel ready to go into a Pharmacist Manager role as yet, but would like some more mentoring in that leadership area, you will oversee the daily operations of this compounding-only pharmacy, leading a team of staff while fostering a positive and high-performing culture. The role includes quality oversight, consultations, business development, and collaborative patient care. You will work closely with another pharmacist for most of the week, with only two sole Pharmacist days once you are trained up in the area. Full training in compounding and the business model will be provided by the very involved owner,



making this an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist eager to expand into functional medicine and personalised healthcare.

The reality is that you won't be doing hands on compounding, but will know how it all happens as you oversee the operation.

Trading hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, offering an outstanding work-life balance with no weekends or evening shifts.

Skills Required

- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Also open to early career Pharmacists looking to be mentored in leadership and team management.
- Genuine interest in functional medicine, skincare, cosmetic science and compounding.
- Excellent communication and consultation skills.
- Commitment to patient-centred healthcare.

Salary & Benefits
