About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager, or emerging Manager to join our Business Advisory and Tax team.

Working closely with one of our Partners, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients while leading and supporting a small team. You'll be involved in both compliance and advisory work, helping businesses and individuals achieve their goals while building strong, trusted client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of business and high-net-worth clients

Reviewing financial statements and tax returns

Providing tax and business advisory services

Identifying opportunities to add value for clients

Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members





Managing workflow and ensuring client deadlines are met

Working closely with Partners on complex client matters

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, developing people, and delivering exceptional client service.

You'll also bring:

CA or CPA qualification

6+ years' experience in public practice accounting

Experience reviewing compliance work and managing client relationships

Previous leadership, mentoring, or team management experience is highly regarded

Strong technical tax and accounting knowledge

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organisational and time management skills

Technical Experience

Experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:

Tax compliance across a range of entity structures

Preparation and review of financial statements

General and special purpose financial reporting

Business advisory services

Division 7A, CGT, GST and FBT matters

Working with privately owned businesses and family groups
