Are you an organised and people-focused recruitment coordinator who loves creating a great candidate experience?

Coastal Advisory Australia is growing—and we’re looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help us find, welcome and support the talented people joining our national business.

You’ll coordinate recruitment from advertising through to onboarding while gaining broader experience across employee engagement and People operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in People & Culture.

What you’ll be doing

Help us find great people

- Create engaging job advertisements and promote opportunities across recruitment platforms.
- Review applications, conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews, coordinate pre-employment checks and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build talent pipelines that support both current vacancies and future growth.
- Provide hiring updates and use recruitment data to improve advertising and sourcing outcomes.

Create a great start at Coastal

- Be a welcoming and reliable point of contact for incoming employees.
- Coordinate contracts, onboarding information, internal communications and pre-onboarding set-up.
- Support new employees through onboarding, 30-, 60- and 90-day check-ins and probation.

Support the broader employee experience

- Coordinate employee changes, offboarding, training records and other lifecycle processes.
- Help deliver employee benefits, recognition activities, events and People Team projects.




- Maintain accurate employee information, templates and workflows in Employment Hero.
- Contribute ideas that make our People processes and employee experience even better.

What you’ll bring

- Experience in recruitment, human resources, administration or a related coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Clear and confident communication with candidates, employees and hiring managers.
- Excellent attention to detail when preparing documents and maintaining employee information.
- A proactive, practical approach and the discretion to handle confidential information.
- Experience with Employment Hero or a similar recruitment or HR system would be highly regarded.
