Eco Detection is a Melbourne-based water quality intelligence technology company. Our flagship product, the Ion‑Q+, uses Capillary Zone Electrophoresis (CZE) to deliver real-time, autonomous water quality profiling for utilities, councils, mining and industry.
We’re looking for a Field and Service Manager to lead the installation and ongoing service of our systems in the field. You’ll own installations end-to-end, manage service and maintenance schedules for deployed systems, and feed field observations back into our engineering team to improve how we support our equipment and system.
We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years in a related field or technical role, and robust electromechanical and fluidic systems skills. You’ll need to be comfortable managing multiple field engagements, confident liaising with customers and contractors, and healthy splitting your time between the road and the office.
