Long Point Brewing Co. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team on a full time basis. The role will oversee daily operations, staff performance, customer service and compliance to ensure high-quality service.

You will lead front-of-house teams, manage rosters and training, monitor stock and food safety, and work with kitchen staff to optimise guest experiences. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and public holidays is required.
