Kolbe Catholic College is seeking an experienced, highly organised and values-driven leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as Director of Campus Administration.

Reporting directly to the Principal, the Director of Campus Administration plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the College's administrative functions, processes and major events. The successful applicant will provide strategic leadership in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of systems and procedures that support the Vision, Mission and Strategic Plan of the College.

As a member of the College Executive, this position requires a collaborative and service-oriented leader who fosters positive relationships, promotes a culture of professionalism and excellence, and contributes to the ongoing growth and success of the College community.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

Providing strategic oversight and leadership of campus administration functions.

Leading and enhancing administrative systems, policies and operational processes.

Coordinating and overseeing significant College events and initiatives.

Contributing to College-wide planning and continuous improvement strategies.

Working collaboratively with Executive, Leadership and Administration teams to achieve organisational goals.

Building positive relationships with staff, students, parents and external stakeholders.

Supporting and promoting the Catholic ethos and mission of the College.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

Experience in leading or contributing to whole school initiatives, in alignment with their schools Vision, Mission and Strategic Plan.

Exemplary written and oral communication skills.

A warm, welcoming and friendly disposition with a solid sense of empathy and loyalty.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to deliver outcomes on schedule.

The proven ability to work with others,



build trust and develop a strong sense of team with a shared vision.

Demonstrated capacity for self-directed work and for taking initiative.

Be an active member of the Catholic Church.

Have commenced or completed your Accreditation to Lead in Catholic schools.
