Mind Australia Limited is seeking compassionate Community Mental Health Practitioners to join our Youth Residential Rehabilitation Service (YRRS) in Caboolture.

You will support young people aged 16–21 with mental health challenges to achieve personal recovery goals, develop daily living skills, strengthen community connections and work towards wellbeing on a 24/7 rotating roster.

This permanent, part time role offers a base salary from $80,009 (pro-rata) + Super & Benefits, SCHADS Level 3.
