Montessori Early Learning Seacliff is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to join our small, family-owned team. This full-time or part-time role offers flexible schedule and a chance to lead alongside the owner and admin staff.
You will help develop and strengthen our team, build meaningful relationships with children and their families, and step onto the floor when covering last-minute gaps. Montessori experience is not required, but a qualifying credential to work with children is essential.
