Versent is seeking a Lead Consultant, Organisational Change Management to partner with clients on Australia’s complex technology transformations. You will guide the people side of change across cloud, data, cyber security, AI and digital programs, while shaping adoption and lasting business outcomes.
You will lead end-to-end change management, develop tailored strategies, engage executives, assess readiness, and drive learning and sponsorship to ensure successful adoption.
