Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service is seeking an Assistant Director of Midwifery to lead a maternity project across Cooktown and surrounding communities. The role focuses on improving maternity care through cooperative engagement with consumers, First Nations communities and health professionals.

You will develop evidence-based recommendations and implementation plans to shape a contemporary, culturally safe maternity service, including Birthing on Country and First Nations Midwifery
